The TREZO 160 series machines are mainly applied to cut all types of sheets, eg. tea, tobacco, herbs, paper sheets - documents, etc.
The machine presented here is the basic model of the TREZO 160 series. This inexpensive equipment is characterized by a light yet solid structure, in which two 160mm long cutting rollers are mounted with the adjustable combs. The manual cutting rollers - are handled with crank. All quick wear parts can be replaced with new ones available in our offer. The replacement of the elements of exploitation is not complicated, but it is somewhat more demanding than in the cheaper model of the same series. In the equipment can be used both the elements with the distance of 0.8mm and those of 1.1mm. Due to the fixing of the rollers on the sleeves, lubrication is not necessary. The manual machine TREZO 160 0.8 is equipped in the factory of the rollers and combs to cut the material, ex. sheets in strips of 0.8mm.
